From the marriage between two international packaging giants, a group is born, which will have its Italian headquarters in San Giovanni Lupatoto. The German Klöckner Pentaplast (Kp), specialized in the production of packaging for pharmaceutical, food, electronic and other plastic products, has concluded the acquisition of the British Linpac Senior Holdings Limited, which deals with the production of film for packaging , thus creating a group with an annual turnover of 2 billion dollars, which employs 5,300 employees in 16 countries around the world.
