SilwaAISupport is the perfect example of how an idea can transform into concrete innovation, starting from a shared path of growth. This virtual assistant was born from the collaboration between Stesi and the Liceo Flaminio in Vittorio Veneto, as part of the PCTO project “Work after studies is not uncertain”.
Several high school students had the opportunity to participate in an internship within the company, working side-by-side with the Research & Development team. Their goal? To explore how artificial intelligence could be integrated into the silwa platform to make it even more intuitive and high-performing.
What initially seemed like only an experimental study turned out to be a success beyond expectations: the students laid the foundations for an intelligent virtual assistant capable of supporting customers and operators quickly and effectively. From there, Stesi’s R&D department took the idea and transformed it into a concrete product, ready to be made available to companies.
