Loris Ponga is Product Owner of the “Avengers” team at Stesi, where he has been working since 2026. In his role, he defines the product vision and translates it into a roadmap shared with the team and stakeholders, guiding development priorities based on business goals and customer needs.
He manages and prioritizes the product backlog, contributing to user story definition and strategic decisions on product evolution. He acts as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
