We started as three, now we are twenty, and we aim to double our team within two years,” says Stefano Cudicio, founder of Stesi, a Veneto-based company specializing in supervisory software for integrated logistics systems. This rapid growth reflects the increasing demand for advanced digital solutions in the supply chain sector—now seen as a strategic asset, not just operational support.

Founded in 1996, Stesi was ahead of its time. While logistics was still undervalued, the company invested in proprietary software to optimize production and distribution flows. Today, its flagship platform, Silwa, powers end-to-end supervision systems for top-tier clients, including through key partnerships like Toyota Material Handling Italia.

Cudicio emphasizes the critical role of talent in Stesi’s success: “We’ve launched partnerships with schools and universities to attract young professionals, offering internships and scholarships.” As interest from investment funds grows, he remains pragmatic: “As long as we can, we’ll maintain control. But if the business scales beyond our managerial capacity, we’ll need to stay clear-headed and avoid hubris.”

Stesi also stands out for its user-centric design. By fully redesigning its interfaces for Android and integrating IoT capabilities, the company has dramatically improved ease of use and scalability, opening its solutions to a broader, more autonomous user base—and positioning itself firmly for the digital future.
